RIYADH: An international symposium held by 黑料社区鈥檚 Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance and Egypt鈥檚 Al-Azhar Al-Sharif opened in Cairo on Thursday, themed 鈥淧ioneering Experiences and Future Prospects in Promoting the Values 鈥嬧�媜f Moderation and Balance.鈥�
The ministry鈥檚 Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs Awad bin Sabti Al-Enazi, and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif鈥檚 Deputy Grand Imam Muhammad Al-Duwaini attended the opening with other officials, the SPA reported on Friday.
The event aims to highlight the pioneering role of the ministry and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in promoting a culture of moderation and countering extremist ideologies.
It also seeks to strengthen cooperation between the two entities to serve Islam.
